1. Apple Cinnamon Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats (120 grams)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce (122 grams)
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 2 scoops, packed Ka’Chava Vanilla Protein Powder (1/2 cup, packed/64 grams)
  • 1 medium apple, diced (1 1/2 cups/160 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • salt (to taste)

2. Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

3. Protein Berry Crumble

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or mixed berries
  • 1 tsp. Stevia
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 10 almonds

4. Berry Protein Pancake Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Krusteaz Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fresh berries (rinsed and diced)

5. Fudge Protein Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed banana about 6 medium, overripe bananas
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter use almond or cashew butter for paleo/low-carb
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

6. Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp Semisweet chocolate chips, plus 2 teaspoons for garnish (can use regular or mini sized chips)
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut flour (or all purpose flour)
  • 1 Tbsp Whey Protein chocolate flavor
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1/8 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1 Egg

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar alternative (sugar in the raw/splenda)
  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes protein packed mix
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

8. Vanilla Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder, packed (64g)*
  • 1/2 cup Paleo Baking Flour, packed (100g)**
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

9. Chocolate Protein Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 5.3oz / 150g Dark chocolate
  • 1 can White beans/cannellini, 400ml / 14oz

10. Protein S’mores Cookie Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp (14 g) Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2-3 Tbsp (6-8 g) Mini Marshmallows as needed
  • 3/4 C + 2 Tbsp (91 g) Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 1/2 scoop (48 g) Protein Powder vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp (28 g) Light Butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp (30-45 mL) Walden Farms Pancake Syrup or a sugar-free syrup/sticky sweetener
