Do you ever wonder what a successful millionaire’s morning routine looks like? Unlike other people, they start their day differently. Because to achieve what they have achieved, one should be willing to commit, take action and stay consistent.
What’s the bottom line?
Everyone wants to be rich, but not everyone is willing to put in the work to get there. The millionaires I’m talking about are successful, NOT because of the things they have or were given, but because of the things they do – consistently.
Learn what the top 10 morning routines most millionaires do, HERE:
1. Wake up early
The first thing you do in the morning is to wake up. Why not do it before anyone else?
Mark Wahlberg starts his day with a prayer at 2:30AM and hits the gym right after.
2. Make your bed
A Navy Seal Admiral once said that if you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished your first task of the day, and it will encourage you to do and finish more tasks.
If by chance you’ll have a rough day, you will come home to a made bed. At the end of the day, there’s always something to be grateful for. This will give you hope that tomorrow will be a better day.
From Arnold Schwarzenegger to Oprah Winfrey, meditation is used by many successful people to redirect their thoughts and increase their awareness.
Most people meditate when they wake up, but there are also some who do this before they go to bed.
4. Exercise the body
Richard Branson, the founder of the Virgin Group, exercises daily. Exercising pumps blood into your veins, helps you think clearly, and acts as an antidepressant.
The best part? You’ll feel and look good each day!
5. Exercise the mind
Whether it’s doing mental math or reading a book, it’s a good idea to get your brain working to set yourself for the rest of the day!
6. Make a plan
See the tasks you have to do for the day and determine how you’re going to approach them. Trust me, this simple action will save you a lot of time during the day.
7. Eat a healthy breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so don’t skip it!
8. Hydrate yourself
Drink water! Your body relies on water to survive and you’ve spent the last few hours sleeping without it.
9. Create your own ritual
Everybody has their own quirks and it’s important to stay creative. Do what you love!
It’s important that you set some time in the day to do the things you want to do.
10. Eat the frog
“Eat That Frog” is a book by Brian Tracy. He says that if you eat a frog the first thing you do in the morning then you’ll be happy for the rest of the day, knowing that you don’t have to eat any more frogs.
What he’s actually trying to say is that you should start your day doing the most difficult task. This makes the rest of your day will go by with much more ease.
I hope you learned something from this!
